Who we are

A small family business that offers its guests unique and countless experiences of life in the countryside of Corfu.

Our love for nature is what made us return to our family’s land, renovate the farmhouse that existed, take care of the crops, enrich them and create KUKUTSELI.

KUKUTSELI House

The traditional elements, contemporary layout, natural materials, and high-spec facilities have been combined to create the perfect conditions for accommodation and relaxation throughout the year.

The farm has been reformed and enriched with plants mainly from the Mediterranean flora. We now cultivate the land, rejecting the use of pesticides and applying organic and sustainable techniques that respect nature and human.

Through the farm’s pathways, guests can stroll around, connect with nature, experience the different seasons through aromas, flavors and the air, and engage in creative and participatory experiences with respect to tradition and the natural environment.

Frequently
asked questions

Is there a cleaning service?

The house is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, so it welcomes you fresh and well-kept. During your stay, cleaning takes place every three days to ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment.

What activities can I do on the farm?

A morning walk is a uniquely invigorating experience. It is the best time to enjoy the freshness of breakfast, to listen clearly to the sounds of nature, to observe the changes in plants, vegetables and fruits, to discover and pick those that have ripened for on-the-spot consumption or to collect and use for the preparation of breakfast and other meals.

Download the special app on your mobile phone to get to know our plants better. Through it you will find interesting suggestions for their use on the daily table.

Participation in the work of the farm, if of course you wish, can always be done in consultation with the farm caretaker. You can help with the weeding of the grass, the sowing and cultivation of vegetables, the harvesting of aromatic plants, olives or the preparation of jams, sauces, etc. at the appropriate time, a different experience that many will surely remember.

What activities can I do in the area?

No need to take the car, just follow the rural road that passes by the house and wander around the mountain, under the centuries-old olive trees and wild trees of the local nature. You will come across old farmhouses and if you start early you may even make it to the Nymphes waterfalls.

Using your car you can visit the picturesque villages and beautiful beaches of the area, organise a cruise to the Diaponitia Islands and Cape Drastis.

Don't miss to visit local producers, see their work and taste their fine products, most famously various kinds of sweets and drinks made from the fruit of the kumquat.

In the area there are businesses for horse riding, diving, climbing and other activities that you can look for.
