A baby cot is available at no extra charge.
Payment policy
A debit/credit card is required to secure your reservation. Please note that the company reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card prior to your arrival and charge it without physical presence in case of cancellation and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy provided.
Price information
Rates are in euro (€) and include vat and local tax.
“Climate Resilience Fee ” is not included.
For stays during April to October, the fee is 15€ per night.
For stays during November to March, the fee is 4€ per night.
The fee is payable upon check-in, as required by Greek law.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date.
- Charge 50% of the reservation value for cancellations between 20 and 11 days before the arrival date.
- Charge 100% of the reservation value for cancellations 10 days or less before the arrival date, for departure earlier than the scheduled date and for no-shows.
Pet policy
- When booking please inform us of the number and availability of pets.
- The property allows one dog or cat per room.
- Pets can be accommodated in the two bedrooms located on the ground floor.
- Unattended pets are not allowed inside the house.
- Guests are required to declare pets at check-in and sign our pet liability waiver.
- It is necessary for guests with pets to present an up-to-date pet health booklet signed by a licensed veterinarian. Kukutseli reserves the right to request a presentation of the booklet at any time.
- Pets must be vaccinated, dewormed and free from communicable diseases.
- Our accommodation can provide accessories such as feeding-water bowls, toys, sleeping mattresses and a sand bowl for cats.
- Animal owners are considered responsible for any damage that may occur, and there will be a corresponding charge.
